If this is not possible due to workforce shortages, staff and leadership must have been trained on the specific cultures they serve, as well as on implicit bias and institutional and structural racism.
Additionally, applicants must be providing services in at least one of these counties of the KPNW service area of Oregon (Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Hood River, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, Yamhill) and SW Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum).
**IMPORTANT UPDATE — BUDGET TEMPLATE DOWNLOAD**
It has come to our attention that the project budget template linked in the Mosaic application includes an incorrect formula that limits the KP funding request to 33% of the total project cost. Please use & submit the template provided here. We apologize for the confusion.
