How can we create the conditions for belonging in Clackamas county?

Over the last four years, the Research Justice Institute at the Coalition of Communities of Color engaged with Black, Indigenous, and people of color in Clackamas county to capture their experiences, needs, and desires. The result is a set of calls to action that community and dominant institutions can work towards to achieve belonging.
