Data about pre-existing conditions, comorbidities, food insecurity, and other health disparities for communities of color. Information about mental and behavioral health.

    Description: a national census data system of annual admissions to substance abuse treatment facilities. State laws require certain substance abuse treatment programs to report all of their admissions and discharges to the State. In all States, treatment programs receiving any public funds are required to provide data on both publicly and privately funded clients; in some States, programs that do not receive public funds are required to provide data as well. TEDS collects this data from the States on all admissions and discharges aged 12 or older. Downloadable data available as well as dashboards.

    Description: The Student Health Survey (SHS), previously known as the Healthy Teens Survey, is a collaborative survey conducted by the Oregon Education Department (ODE) and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). It is a comprehensive data set that contains information on youth in the 6th, 8th, and 11th grades. The dataset contains student data on health, mental health, housing, home situation, bullying, school support, and others, the full surveys are linked here). Data is in REAL-D format and is visible crosstabs can not disaggregate by race.

    Description: From website β€œThe OCID Child Well-being Dashboard is a resource for policymakers and community leaders interested in investigating and improving the well-being of children in Oregon. Until now, it has not been possible to view most of these data sources together. The Dashboard will be updated over time to provide an array of indicators focused on key areas of child development.”

    Description: These data are provided through contracts between NCHS and vital registration systems operated in the various jurisdictions legally responsible for the registration of vital events such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, and fetal deaths. This data has race data of the mother and father.

    Description: SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities. SNAP is the largest program in the domestic hunger safety net. Data tables are updated monthly and include counts of SNAP users and percent change from the previous month by state. No demographic data.

    Description: The Pulse data tables are a part of the American Community Survey (ACS). There are state-wide and nationwide data on mental and behavioral health, vaccinations, medical care, COVID treatments, and symptoms. Also includes data on food security. Some tables include race and ethnicity, Sexuality, gender identity, Disability as well as other demographics.
